Activity

As fans of Leonard Cohen, his poetry and his music, we meet once a month to listen to a couple of tracks from a Leonard Cohen album and discuss the lyrics, the arrangement and the various possible meanings of the songs.

We began a few years ago with the first album - "Songs of Leonard Cohen" - and have now worked our way chronologically through all fifteen of his official studio albums.

At the October meeting (Monday 23rd October) we started again from his earliest recordings. There's absolutely no need to have any previous knowledge of Leonard Cohen or his words and music.

Where and when

We meet on the fourth Monday of the month at 2pm in the Community Church on Bath Road (lots of free parking).
