A crisp & clear start to 2025, with a new coffee stop at “The Great” in Gt Easton. The views over Eyebrook were stunning, everything seems to stand out in the low sun this time of year.
We welcomed 4 new members to the group for our ride on the 17th, Chris & Pat Morris and Viv & Ian Fenton. It turned into quite an eventful ride for everyone, having to negotiate our way around a very substantial and heavily “policed” road block half way along a section of “Road Closed”, between Lamport and Old, which then led to me getting a puncture (again with no spares..) Thankfully Wythmails cafe at Orlingbury was as lovely as ever, and we were able to calm down a bit before the final leg home. Huge thanks to Chris for the tube and help fitting.
