We’ve settled in well to the new Piste in Welland Park. There’s been a lot of good press on HFM and HDC websites about HWu3a involvement, which all helps to get the message across to promote U3A and Petanque in the Park.

We still have our regular 1st & 3rd Monday morning sessions, when we play as a group, but of course anyone is welcome to turn up and play at any time.
We use an online Google sheet to let each other know when we’re playing and the plan is that players will add “pop-up” sessions in the Summer that people can sign up to and then turn up to get some extra games in, if you would like to be included on this, please let me know, and I’ll add you to the Beacon emails and give you access to the spreadsheet.
The good News now is that there’s no charge for playing now and there’s usually space for guests to play
