The talk covers a whole range of stories including comical court room proceedings and several incidences that lead to the unexpected requirement of somewhat improvised police procedures. Alan also touches upon his first arrest within the Police and a detailed account of the time he stood guard over the royal lavatory.
Alan Rogers MBE is a retired police officer who served for 33 years with Warwickshire Police, primarily patrolling areas like Warwick, Leamington, and Kenilworth. He was awarded an MBE for his services to policing and the local community, notably working on road safety and reducing accidents.
